The campus Hazardous Materials Contingency Plan (HMCP) describes how Buffalo State handles emergencies related to fires, injuries, releases/spills, or other events associated with petroleum products, hazardous chemicals, hazardous and extremely hazardous substances, hazardous wastes, and hazardous matter (collectively referred to as "hazardous materials").
